二月二，汉族民间传统节日。流行于全国各民族地区。此节风俗活动较多，又有花朝节、踏青节、挑莱节、春龙节、青龙节、龙抬头日之称。因时间在农历二月初二日，故称。当时及其后民间以刀尺、百谷、瓜果种籽、迎富贵果子等相问遗，并有挑菜、踏青、迎富等活动。元费著《岁华纪丽谱》：明以后，二月二又有关于龙抬头的诸多习俗，诸如撒灰引龙、扶龙、熏虫避蝎、剃龙头、忌针刺龙眼等节俗，故称龙抬头日。

由张士闪、李生柱编著的《二月二/中国节庆文化丛书》从二月二的传承、流布、风俗、特色节庆地等方面，介绍中国的传统节日二月二，让读者全面了解二月二，感受中国传统节日的魅力。全书中英文对照，图文并茂，语言通俗易懂，注重趣味性，以讲故事为主，避免平铺直叙，善用图片，便于外国读者的阅读与理解。
