Born in Liberec. Bohemia in 1941. Narkus Lupert-z is one of the most important German artists of his generation. His work reads like a constant declaration in favour of painting in a time of repeated hostilities and denials. During his artistnc career spanning over 40 years, Lupert-z's objective has been to keep the history of art alive and by so doing to achieve results that hold true beyond their time.
