郑曦，北京外国语大学法学院讲师，中国政法大学与美国加州大学伯克利分校联合培养博士，中国社科院法学所博士后研究人员。曾在德国以英文出版专著《The Power of the Police in China》，并有参著多本。发表论文三十余篇。
