卢凤香：首都医科大学医学人文学院院长、教授，教育部考试中心医护英语水平考试专家组成员、中国国际化人才外语考试专家组成员、国家医学考试中心英语专家组成员、北京市高等教育学会大学英语研究分会常务理事。主要研究医学英语教育、医学英语词汇、医学英语写作等。出版有《医学英语词汇学习新途径》《医学SCl论文撰写与发表》《国际医学会议交际英语》等著作及教材共十五部，发表相关学术论文十余篇，曾获北京市高等教育教学成果奖二等奖两项。
