葛天爽，2003年考入大连理工大学科技英语专业，2007年获学士学位；2008年考入英国诺丁汉大学英语学院应用语言学专业，2009年获硕士学位；2010年考入英国诺丁汉大学英语教育研究中心，2015年获博士学位。现任教于大连理工大学外国语学院。主要从事应用语言学、二语习得、外语教学理论与实践等方面的教学与研究工作。
