中国海事服务中心编著的《电子电气员英语》根据中华人民共和国海事局制定的《中华人民共和国海船船员电子电气员适任考试大纲》编写，满足STCW公约马尼拉修正案的要求，适合于750kw及以上船舶电子电气员适任证书培训、考试使用，也可作为海事大专院校的教学用书。
