During our Plenary Session of June 2007 in Strasbourg, the European Parliamentwill be enriched by an extraordinary exhibition of paintings by Xaime Quessada,the remarkable Galician artist.

The title of the exhibition says it all, "Human Rights. Testimonies," showing both hisartistic and intellectual compromise in a city like Strasbourg, forever linked throughthe contribution of its European Institutions-- to the promotion and defence of thefundamental rights of all persons.
