自2008年施璐德成立以来，大家从五湖四海把梦想和对自己的期待聚集到一起，共同成就了施璐德这个大家庭。此书的作者都是施璐德亚洲有限公司的员工或家属，内容也都是关于公司、关于个人成长的点滴。目的是凝聚感情，凝练经验，更为大家能一起把施璐德建设得更好，让每一位家人能在这里心有所安，乐有所享。施璐德决定从2016年起，每年出版一本《施璐德年鉴》。内容可以是经验总结、技术论说、文学作品、心得感悟等以合适体裁成文、成画。未来编辑和出版的一本本年鉴将是公司成长里程中具有历史价值的记忆册，同时能够有效传播公司的文化与理念，起到行业与社会价值。
