蔡咏琳，毕业于淡江大学英国及法国文学系，曾至美国Indiana University of Pennsylvania留学。
目前定居美国，以教授美国人中文及台湾留学生英文为主要工作。
曾任职行政院新闻局资料编译处，负责英语电子杂志「Taiwan Today（今日台湾）」以及「Taiwan Journal（台湾学刊）」的编辑及校对，并曾任职于「我识出版集团」英、法语书籍主编。
大学时期担任四年的英文家教，教过许多明星学校的学生、英文不好的大学生、以及众多希望靠英文能力加薪的社会人士。因而深知各个年龄层对于英文学习的不同需求。
精通英、法文，擅长编辑各类语文的会话、单字、职场应用，以及各式检定专用书籍。
