本书以共选理论为框架，基于英、汉本族语语料库和中国学习者英语语料库证据考察了学习者英语构型特征(patterning feature)及其影响因素，建立了学习者英语共选模型。本研究采用基于EUM(extended units of meaning)模型的多重比较法，从词语搭配、类联接、语义趋向和语义韵方面考察了中国学习者英语写作中的心理动词的型式构成特征。本书对解释二语研究中比较突出的问题和分歧，深入探究中介语对比研究范式、学习者语言词汇语法共选规律、意义功能实现方式、隐性／显性知识特征和母语迁移等语言学问题具有一定启示意义，对英语教学实践也具有一定的价值。本书适合语料库研究者、二语学习研究者、英语教师及对本研究感兴趣的读者阅读。

陆军，扬州大学教授、中青年学术带头人、硕士研究生导师，获上海交通大学博士学位。中国语料库语言学研究会理事，《现代外语》《解放军外国语学院学报》等期刊匿名评审专家。2014年至2015年获江苏省政府留学基金资助到英国苏塞克斯大学访学。研究领域为语料库语言学、二语习得、基于语料库的语言实验研究。在CSSCI来源期刊和其他重要学术期刊发表学术论文30余篇。出版专著2部。主持国家级项目1项，省级项目2项。
