The purpose of this book is to show from a neutral point of view that graffiti is healthy and still developing in parts of Asia. Graffiti is old now in the States and in Europe, but it's still growing in many parts of Asia. As it emerges we find great local writers mixing with talented foreign writers who also live and paint in their cities. It is well known now that graffiti exists in many countries, but documenting a burgeoning scene like the ones we found in Asia was a new challenge for us.
