　　供职于东京某公司的安东尼（埃里克·波希克 Eric Bossick 饰）与妻子百合子（桃生亚希子 饰）、儿子汤姆过着优渥、幸福的生活，但是一场灾难毁坏了这一切。汤姆被一个神秘人（塚本晋也 饰）开车撞死，百合子精神几近崩溃。安东尼的身体也在愤怒之际不断金属化，这令他惶恐不已。与此同时，更有不明身份之人接连向他痛下杀手。按照神秘人的指示，他从父亲莱德的工作资料得知，许多年前父亲曾和母亲美津枝参与了一项名为“铁男计划”的科学研究，而自己竟是父亲潜心制造出来的具有极大杀伤力的人造人。一切由此陷入混乱之中……
