◎简　　介　

　　在英国伦敦，暴力犯罪行为像腐败的霉点一般不时在城市中萌发生长。新婚的公司白领职员德克（Danny Dyer 饰）在路上遭遇几个流氓的莫名骚扰，被对方毒打的德克却毫无办法挽回失去的尊严；退役军人丹尼（Sean Bean 饰）回到家中，迎接他的却是妻子和另一个男人共处的情景；律师曼洛因为审判一名犯人而使家人遭遇威胁，最终怀孕的妻子被人杀死在家中……不堪忍受在生活中被压抑被伤害的丹尼组织被歹徒毁容的青年、公寓保安以及德克、曼洛、曼洛的司机沃尔特（Bob Hoskins 饰），他们六人组成了一支法外之徒的部队，开始用自己的方式惩罚大都市中的肮脏犯罪，在警方与罪犯之间，他们流走在深渊的边缘……
