　　这个秋天，如往常的又来几部揭发性的纪录片。这次谈到的是水。你知道你喝的水可比石油还贵，你知道你喝的水可是在大卖场上经过半年的囤积，你知道澳洲现在正面临缺水之苦，估计几年后将出现澳洲的缺水难民。导演莎玲娜在2001年阅读到the nation一篇题为Who owns water?的文章后展开它对水资源私有化的探索，走遍亚非欧等地区找寻企业独佔水资源的真像。
