遥感与GIS技术是监测作物种植面积,预测作物产量,评估作物生长适应性能力等方面的重要手段,因其在确保全球粮食安全中的重要作用,受到全球的高度重视,并成为APEC成员体间重要的科研合作领域之一。为加强APEC成员体遥感与GIS技术研究领域的交流,促进粮食安全和应对气候变化的措施与技术途径合作,我所(农业资源与农业区划研究所)计划于2013年8月27-30日在北京中苑宾馆举办“APEC成员体遥感与GIS技术在作物生产中的应用培训班”。培训班后何英彬、高明杰、周振亚特出版论文集将结果汇集成《遥感与GIS技术在作物生产中的应用(英文版)》。
