伍荣生编著的《伍荣生文选》收录了其从事大气科学研究工作六十年来的主要研究工作，涵盖了非线性大气波动及大尺度地形的影响、边界层四力平衡动力学模型及大气边界层动力学特征、地转适应及锋生动力学和热带气旋发生和发展等。
