本书为第四届“世界公益慈善论坛”重要演讲汇集。延续前几届模式，本书采用汉英对照模式。论坛结合中国大湾区发展规划和靠前湾区发展已有经验，围绕慈善湾区与人才培养、21 世纪公共健康与慈善、青年与湾区社会创新和社会企业、体育慈善、善财传承、高等教育社会捐赠的探索与实践——中国案例、湾区儿童福利、善学明辨、“一带一路”公益慈善合作、湾区发展善商之道等议题，邀请靠前政要和中国相关部委领导及靠前友人，进行了深入研讨。本书再现了论坛的整个流程，展示了论坛的成果，期待能为优选公益慈善活动提供有益借鉴。
