近红外荧光成像技术作为一种非侵入性诊断技术,具有无辐射、无损、实时、在位检测生物信息等优点。菁染料作为近红外荧光染料中的一类,常被用作荧光检测标记物或制成荧光成像探针。吲哚七甲川菁染料是菁染料中应用最多的一类,由吲哚杂环、七甲川链和N-取代基侧链组成,由于其具有避开机体组织自发荧光干扰和自吸收的能力,当前常被用作荧光成像探针,并成为研究的热点。而如何提高吲哚七甲川菁染料的光谱性能,光稳定性以及将其应用到生物活性检测当中则成为当前的研究重点。本书以吲哚七甲川菁染料为母核,设计、合成了一系列新的荧光探针,其分别具有较好的光稳定性、荧光成像性和生物检测活性等性能,期望本研究的一系列近红外荧光探针能够在荧光成像领域中得到广泛应用。
