《海洋经济发展报告--海洋经济与海洋强国建设国际研讨会文集》编著者史晋川、王志凯。

《海洋经济发展报告》是一部汇集海洋经济、海洋法律、海洋管理和海洋政治等诸多学科专家、学者最新研究成果的集辑。集辑的论文绝大多数都在“海洋经济与海洋强国建设国际研讨会”上做了报告，研讨会安排在2013年5月13-15日。该研讨会是浙江大学文科海洋交叉研究项目的一项重要学术会议安排，目的是会聚国内外专家、学者，共商中国海洋经济发展之大计。研讨会实现了预期目标，这部《海洋经济发展报告》是浙大文科海洋交叉研究项目的成果。《海洋经济发展报告》也是国家自然科学基金项目“中国海洋渔业资源恢复工程研究”(项目编号：71373234)的前期成果。

《海洋经济发展报告》汇集了海洋经济、海洋法律、海洋管理和海洋政治等诸多学科专家、学者的最新研究成果。报告分为三个部分，第一部分是主题报告，内容涉及国际海产品贸易、海洋渔业可持续发展、港口港航规划战略与建设、海洋战略与经济增长等。第二部分是英文专题报告，内容包括中国海产品消费需求变动趋势、南中国海渔业生态保护与管理、沿海湿地保护与开发、全球物联网发展和物流业创新绩效、港口定价与估价方法、海上原油泄漏生态补偿法律问题等。第三部分是中文专题报告，内容囊括了世界港口气候行动与绿色港航物流发展、港口后勤区域演化、亚太知识经济发展格局、海岛旅游度假区规划创新、海洋渔业资源恢复与保护、海洋政治与海洋法律、海洋文化与海洋意识等。《海洋经济发展报告》是迄今为止国内客观、系统、全面研究海洋经济与海洋强国战略的学术成果，填补了中国在海洋经济领域研究的不足。该报告对政府如何更好地调动全社会力量推动海洋战略，进行了多维视角的研究。报告对于政府海洋经济决策具有指导价值，对于中国海洋学科发展亦具有前沿性和导向性。《海洋经济发展报告》可以作为政府公职人员、高等学校教学科研人员了解和学习海洋经济的参考用书，也可以作为研究生学习海洋经济与管理的教材和案例。
