They soon formed a partnership and have since been responsible for hundreds of projects, ranging from single family homes to high-rise buildings; not to mention urban planning. Brazilian architecture has, of course, evolved from the 1950s and Botti Rubin, who in the 1960s were designing the first exposed concrete high buildings, are now responsible fnr designing the tallest South American office building, which is clad in granite and glass and whose unusual silhouette is already a mark on the Sao Pauln skvline. Alberto Botti e Marc Rubin formaram-se em 1955 e 1956 na Faculdade de Arquitetura da Universidade Mackenzie em Sao Paulo, Brasil. Estabeleceram uma sociedade e, a partir dai, tornaram-se responsaveis par centenas de projetos, desde residencias unifamiliares ate edificios altos, assim coma pianos de urbanismo. Evidentemente, a arquitetura brasileira evoluiu da decada de 50 para ca, e a Botti Rubin, que nos anos 60 idealizou o primeiro edificio de concreto aparente de Sao Paulo, e hoje responsavel pelo projeto do edificio de escrit6rios mais alto da America do Sul.
