◎简　　介　

　　Mildred和Richard Loving两情相悦并决定结婚。这是一件再自然不过的事，但他是白人，而她是黑人。时为1958年，种族隔离政策在美国依然大行其道。Loving夫妇居住的弗吉尼亚州决定将两人告上法庭：夫妻俩被判入狱，除非男方离开该州。Richard和Mildred觉得这项判决是对两人民权的侵犯，决定上诉。1967年，两人一直上诉到美国最高法院。法院驳回了弗吉尼亚州的判决。自此，“Loving v. Virginia”判决成为不分种族，自由相爱的象征。
