　　時為1907年，《歌劇魅影》故事的十年後。已為人母的Christine已成為享負盛名的女高音，然而丈夫勞爾子爵卻一蹶不振，負債累累、酒醉度日。同時，魅影在Madame Giry兩母女的協助下，輾轉來到美國科尼島的奇藝坊。魅影出於對Christine的思念，匿名邀請Christine前來他的劇院獻唱。Christine帶同丈夫及兒子Gustave來到科尼島，殊不知道所有人的命運將會因她的重臨而改寫……
　　《Love Never Dies》於2010在倫敦開演，原創主演為Ramin Karimloo及Sierra Boggess。由於評論反應參差，原劇開演一年多後閉幕，並搬至澳洲重新製作，採用新的主唱演員、幕後班底和舞台設計，此DVD攝製的正是此澳洲版本。
