本书共分14单元，每单元为五个课时加一个单元复习。第一课时聚焦Section A的听说部分；第二课时聚焦Section A的阅读部分，兼顾Grammai Focus；第三课时聚焦Section B的听说部分，兼顾Grammar Focus；第四课时聚焦Section B的阅读部分；第五课时聚焦写作课；Unit Review为单元复习。其中，第一、三课时侧重听说，第二、四课时侧重阅读，第五课时侧重写作，Grammar Focus渗透到第二和第三课时中，Unit Review为单元复习和话题拓展的综合训练。
