《新时代中非友好合作智库报告》由中国社会科学院西亚非洲研究所与国际合作局共同组织编写。该报告是一套系列智库报告，包括一个主报告《新时代中非友好合作：新成就、新机遇、新愿景》和八个分报告：《中非直接投资合作》、《“一带一路”倡议与中非产能合作》、《中非减贫合作与经验分享》、《中非人文交流合作》、《中非和平与安全合作》、《中国与肯尼亚友好合作》、《中资企业非洲履行社会责任报告》、《郑和远航非洲与21世纪海上丝绸之路》。
安春英著的《中非减贫合作与经验分享（英文版）》梳理、总结和深化中非关系研究，及时推出相关研究成果，讲述中国在非洲的真实故事，宣传中非务实合作的伟大成就，有利于构建中国特色非洲研究学科体系、学术体系、话语体系。
