China has provided to African countries every possible help within its power, and on the other hand, African countries have also given China a great deal of strong support. While Manual of Prevention and Treatment of Tropical Diseases in Tanzania is only a popular scientific health reading, it can be compared to a cultural envoy in promoting people's health and enhancing Sino-Tanzanian friendship. The cooperation between the two countries in the publishing area has only just started, but I am fully confident that through the common efforts from both peoples, this cooperation will no doubt lead to a great development of the culture and press in the two countries.
