黄培希、王燕华主编的《酒店英语辅导用书》是学生用书的参考指导用书，旨在帮助读者轻松地掌握学生用书的内容，同时也方便教师组织课堂教学。

《酒店英语辅导用书》每个单元的课文分为四个部分：

Section A 背景材料：涉及Text A和TextB中相关的文化、社会、人物、经济等背景知识介绍，尽可能把这一行业的资料来源向读者说明，这样方便他们获取更多的行业信息。
