　　故事发生在保加利亚的首都索菲亚，近日来，接连发生的数起凶杀案让居民们陷入了深深的恐慌之中，这引起了克拉克大使（Antoaneta Yordanova 饰）的注意。克拉克找到了探员罗伯特（克里斯蒂安·史莱特 Christian Slater 饰），希望他能够调查此案，让真相水落石出，将凶手捉拿归案，肩负重任的罗伯特随即展开了行动。
