◎简　　介

　　考古学家乔治?海克尔（Christopher Connelly 饰）协同记者妻子艾米丽（Martha Taylor 玛莎?泰勒 饰）、10岁的小女儿苏西（Brigitta Boccoli 饰）正在埃及进行挖掘考察。某天，苏西遇见神秘的失明女子，并从该女子手中得到镶有蓝色宝石的护身符。不久，乔治在挖掘一个古墓时受到神秘蓝光的刺激而双目失明，其助手更不行因此丧命。
　　回到纽约后，艾米丽发现苏西以及儿子唐米（Giovanni Frezza 饰）举止怪异。恢复视力的乔治向维尔勒（Enzo Marino Bellanich 饰）请教墓碑上的文字，得知这个古墓中竟埋葬着一个邪恶的魔鬼，如今该魔鬼已尾随海克尔一家来到了纽约……
