  黑道大哥方子（金柱赫 饰）找来当地知名的通俗小说家，拜托后者将自己的故事整理成文……方子是下人出身，在三十岁时进入了李梦龙（柳承范 饰）家作为其贴身仆人。梦龙在声色场所对妓寨老板娘的女儿——艺妓春香（赵茹珍 饰）一见钟情，方子虽然也对春香倾心有加，但碍于下人身份，只能依靠帮助梦龙出头来展示自己。与方子同屋的老马管事知晓了方子的苦恼，指点他在为梦龙和春香之间牵线搭桥的同时如何令自己获得属意。方子自此暗度陈仓，和梦龙几乎形成了公开的竞争关系，而春香方面，其母也是御男之道的各中高手。于是两男一女开始了一场绵中有力的情欲角逐，这场竞赛将导致怎样的结局？
