◎简　　介　

　　圣诞节快到了，小镇上到处洋溢着节日的喜庆气氛。33岁的戴维·斯通（亚当·桑德勒配音）来了，他正 打着饱嗝，带着满身的酒气，踩着滑雪板横冲直撞过来，人们纷纷躲避。不一会儿一辆呼啸着警笛的警车开来，将醉醺醺的戴维逮捕抓了起来。
　　戴维是小镇上人见人恨的恶棍，他好吃懒做、不务正业，平时举止粗鲁、爱惹麻烦。这次，他的恶行可要受到惩罚了，不过法官为了适应过节的温情气氛，给他最后一个机会：只要戴维参加一次社区服务:为假日表演剧团的篮球队服务，就可以免除牢狱之灾。戴维爽快地答应下来，因为这太容易了。可谁想，戴维遇到的是认真负责、死缠烂打的主裁判维特尼·杜沃。这个长着一个像小精灵一样的脑袋的小老头，处处约束、监管着戴维，到最后，大家都觉得：也许戴维去坐牢会轻松些。
