简　　介  

　　日本著名导演伊丹十三以亲身经历的事为依据而拍摄的一部影片，且片中女主角宫本信子就是他妻子。伊本十三在拍了反映律师与黑社会作斗争的《女律师》后，他和他当演员的妻子受到了黑社会的袭击，他的妻子由此受到了二十四小时的警察保护，依据这事他用五年时间创作《大病人》和本片。宫本信子在剧中演一漂亮、任性、风流的女演员，由于她目睹了黑社会"真理之羊"教徒的杀人场面，成为唯一证人，也成为了追杀物件，警察局为此派了两名警察专门保卫她，在这两人尽心尽职的守护下，她由反感到敬佩，并冲破种种阻力揭露了犯罪分子的罪行。
