　　三岛由纪夫唯一的科幻小说，1962年发表的《美丽之星》将翻拍电影。小说讲述主人公因看到飞碟而认为自己和家人是从火星、木星等不同星球来的，因此要带领家人肩负起拯救地球的使命。影片由中川雅也、龟梨和也、桥本爱等主演，故事背景从半个世纪之前，转移至当下，将更多的笔墨投注于喜剧元素。
