简　　介  

　　年轻干练的萝温娜·普莱斯（哈莉·贝瑞 Halle Berry 饰）是《纽约快报》的一名记者，她秉持正义，疾恶如仇。在一宗参议院同性恋性丑闻的报道被撤下后，萝温娜大发雷霆，一气之下辞去工作。在当晚，萝温娜邂逅多年未见的童年好友葛瑞丝，但一周后却得知葛瑞丝死于非命。
