◎简　　介
　　从小手机游戏软件下载杂技表演的菲利普·帕特（约瑟夫·高登-莱维特 Joseph Gordon-Levitt 饰），长大后成为法国杂技名人，他来到纽约，想要完成在摩天大厦之间走钢索的梦想，在遭遇了一系列的怀疑、误解、受伤之后，依然坚定地站在了世贸大楼之间的钢索之上。众目睽睽下，垫钢索的木 块突然碎裂，在众人的惊呼声中，400多米高空之上的他，是否可以完成自己的梦想？
