本规范的主要技术内容是混凝土原材料选择、混凝土及配合比设计、温度控制设计资料与计算参数、温度场计算、坝体分缝及接缝灌浆温度、温度控制标准、温度应力及控制标准、混凝土温度控制措施、通水冷却、特殊部位的温度控制、表面保护和养护、低温季节施工温度控制、施工期温度监测与分析。
本规范适用于混凝土高坝、中坝的温度控制设计,也可用于低坝的温度控制设计。混凝土坝温度控制设计,除应符合本规范外,尚应符合国家现行有关标准的规定。
