《南宁统计年鉴一2019》是一本经济信息资料性年刊。本书全面系统地汇集了2018年南宁经济数据，以及历史重要年份的主要统计数据，是党政领导和各部门了解市情，进行定性定量分析、预警预测、宏观规划、宏观调控、科学决策的重要依据；是研究机构和各企业事业单位了解社会经济基本情况、进行微观策划的重要依据；也是社会各界了解南宁经济状况的指南。
本年鉴内容分两大部分。(一)特辑：包括政府工作报告、统计公报；(二)统计资料：内容分为12个篇目，1．综合；2．国民经济核算；3．人口、劳动力和职工工资；4．农业；5．工业；6．运输、邮电；7．固定资产投资；8．能源购进、消费与库存；9．商业、旅游、物价；10．服务业、科技；11．财政、金融、保险；12．广西及省会城市主要统计指标。为方便读者使用资料，附有主要统计指标解释。因政府工作报告、统计公报为年初发布，故使用的是初步统计的快报数，如有冲突，以第二部分统计资料的数据为准。
