本教材内容载体并非单一的文字形式，而是图文并茂，音频、视频相辅，实现了多维呈现。在能力培养方面，考虑学生的多维需求，听、读、译、说、词等多面出击，满足学生将来学术或职业场景英语能力之需。练习形式多维度设计，有传统词汇选择题、翻译练习题，也有寓学于乐的填词练习，还有培养学生口语表达的口述报告，以及促进词汇掌握的针对性练习。教学材料多维度获取。除了本教材，我们还借力现代网络技术，通过指定网站或手机APP等多种渠道给使用该教材的师生提供引入部分的视频及其文本、课文的译文、练习答案、词汇真人录音以及和每个单元配套的补充视频等资料。
