本书在产品信息化和服务化的背景下回顾了两阶段产业集群理论和新的创新模型。本书共有十个章节，每章由不同的作者执笔，研究东亚经济发展和新的产业集群、发展模型的变化及其对创新活动的影响、台湾ICT制造的服务化及其产业升级、印度ICT服务产业等内容。

于永娟，女，1978年生，山东潍坊人，经济学博士。长江师范学院财经学院副院长、副教授，兼任中国农业企业经营管理教学研究会常务理事、重庆市区域经济学会理事、政府特邀研究员，研究方向为区域经济学和品牌经济学，在品牌与产业深度融合领域有丰富的理论和实践经验。近年来，围绕品牌经济学主持省部级课题三项，主研国家社科和省部级以上课题六项，主持横向课题多项。在CSSCI等核心期刊发表论文二十余篇。研究成果获山东省软科学三等奖、济宁市社会科学三等奖、济宁市政府调研报告特等奖，参编省部级规划教材五部，向政府部门提供决策建议多份。
