张明文，工业机器人教育领域青年专家，2017中国品牌影响力（行业）十大领袖之一。毕业于哈尔滨工业大学机器人技术与系统国家重点实验室，师从哈尔滨工业大学机器人研究所所长、“十三五”国家863计划机器人技术主题专家组组长赵杰教授。现任哈工大机器人集团副总裁，江苏哈工海渡工业机器人有限公司总经理。哈工海渡机器人学院院长。
拥有10余年机器人领域的研发、应用及教学经验。专注于工业机器人教学产品开发、技术培训和教育工作，带领团队研制了一系列工业机器人教学装备，自主开发了整套工业机器人教材及配套课件、视频等教学资源，构建了一体化的工业机器人教育培训体系，在工业机器人教育培训领域享有盛名。
