丛书由商务部组织编撰，商务部靠前贸易经济合作研究院具体编辑。商务部研究院为“国家高端智库”，致力于在靠前贸易、靠前投资、靠前发展合作、多双边经贸关系及靠前外贸易流通等五大领域开展深入全面研究。
