张丽娜，女，辽宁新民人，海南大学法学院教授、博士生导师，主要从事靠前经济法学和海洋法学研究。先后在日本名古屋大学、澳大利亚达尔文大学、英国南安普顿大学从事访问学者工作。兼任中国法学会世界贸易组织法研究会常务理事、海南省法学会靠前经济贸易法研究会副会长、海南省人大民宗委委员等职。已主持重量、省部级项目近20项，发表学术论文70余篇，出版著作6部。
