刘萱，中国科协创新战略研究院副研究员，中国科学技术大学、英国伦敦政治经济学院联合培养博士，伦敦政治经济学院访问学者。曾作为课题负责人或主要参与人主持或参与研究30余项靠前合作项目、国家课题及省部级研究课题。作为或第二作者公开发表中英文期刊论文，会议论文和研究报告40余篇。刘萱活跃于靠前合作与学术活动，2014年至2018年担任靠前公众科学技术传播组织（PCST）科学委员会委员，曾受邀在高水平靠前学术会议中做主旨报告两次，专题学术报告十余次。近年来的主要研究方向为科学文化研究，公众参与科学研究，创新环境与生态等。赵勣，中国科协创新战略研究院助理研究员，研究兴趣是期刊出版和科学传播。2013至2016年期间，在六部委“中国科技期刊靠前影响力计划”、二期项目中承担沟通协调以及课题研究工作，参与多个中国科协研究项目，并发表十余篇论文，获得授权1项。 马键铨、齐海伶、孙艳秋，中国科协创新战略研究院课题制研究员。
