冯仕政，中国人民大学社会与人口学院教授、党委书记兼常务副院长。主要从事政治社会学、社会治理与国家构建、社会转型与政治秩序等领域的研究。在《社会学研究》等专业刊物上发表论文20余篇，出版有《当代中国的社会治理与政治秩序》《西方社会运动理论研究》等专著。主持国家社科基金等各级各类课题多项。曾获北京市哲学社会科学很好成果一等奖、二等奖，霍英东教育基金会高等院校青年教师奖(研究类)，宝钢很好教师奖，北京市高等教育很好教学成果奖，高等教育重量教学成果奖等。人选“新世纪很好人才支持计划”、北京市新世纪社科理论人才“百人工程”和北京市宣传文化系统“四个一批”人才培养工程。
