陈岳，中国人民大学靠前关系学院院长、教授。主要学术研究领域为靠前关系理论、当代靠前关系与中国对外关系。出版《中国的周边外交》《中国靠前地位分析》《靠前政治学概论》等多部著作，发表论文多篇。兼任全国高校靠前政治研究会理事长、政治学学科教学指导委员会副主任。
蒲俜，1970年生人，籍贯四川成都，毕业于中国人民大学靠前关系学院，获法学博士学位。现任中国人民大学靠前关系学院靠前政治系副教授，主要从事靠前组织与靠前政治、靠前法与靠前关系等教学与科研工作。出版学术专著《当代世界中的靠前组织》（独著），《中国和平发展与构建和谐世界研究》（合著）等，参与写作《当代世界经济与政治》《靠前战略学》等教材，并在《教学与研究》《靠前论坛》等刊物上发表学术论文数十篇。
