郭云良，倪同上，扈国杰主编的《中西医结合医学英语（第2版）》旨在培养和锻炼中西医结合专业研究生的英语阅读理解能力和写作（汉译英）能力。因此，在保持原教材风格的基础上，减少了纯中医和纯西医的内容，增加了中西医结合的新进展，例如，青蒿素、川芎嗪、小檗碱、黄芪甲苷、昆布多糖、补阳还五汤、安宫牛黄丸、六味地黄丸等中西医结合应用研究进展。此外，还增加了中西医结合专业名词的中英对照内容，供研究生在翻译和写作时参考。
修订以后，全书内容由浅入深、循序渐进，从医学科普知识，逐渐深入到专业论文的翻译和写作，最终使研究生具备顺利阅读和翻译（双向翻译）本专业英文文献的能力。本书可满足中西医结合相关专业研究生的需要，也可供相关专业研究人员参考使用。
