张健君，1969年3月生，陕西千阳人，毕业于南京铁道医学院临床医学系，主治医师，现任职宝鸡市中医医院中医研究所主任。入医行十余载的外科临床经历，见西医之局限，遂弃西从中，自学中医，其间感大学中医教育术法虽存，却失中医之魂。大道亡，求诸野，遂人民间访学，得无数师友相助，知中医之源流，遂研读《内经》《伤寒》，并亲身实践，为中医正本清源。
