瓦尔德马·马丁纽克编著的《以欧洲语言共同框架为基准的语言测试--关于欧洲委员会工作草案施行的思考(英文版)》为上海外语教育出版社“剑桥语言测试丛书”中的一本，引进自牛津大学出版社，由28位学者写就的12篇文章组成，分三部分论述了单项语言测试、综合语言测试和国家级大型多语测试参照欧洲语言共同框架和工作草案施行在各个维度上的表现，本书对于我国语言测试理论的研究和发展，以及语言测试实践的推进有重要意义。
