李立、张清主编的这本《法学英语（Ⅱ第2版）》的编写宗旨在于通过日常生活中某些与法律相关的热点话题引导学生学习学术英语，以提升学生自主学习的能力，使学生逐渐过渡到能用英语学习相关专业课程。
