李思国、高丽新编著的《新视野大学英语综合训练(2第2版普通高等教育十一五国家级规划教材)》是《新视野大学英语》(第二版)系列教材之一，与《读写教程》配套使用。本分册结合《读写教程》的修订，根据《大学英语课程教学要求》的精神进行了重新编写。

《综合训练2》共10个单元，供一个学期使用，每单元由四部分组成。

第一部分为Vocabulary and Structure，包括：1.派生词练习；2.动词短语填空；3.语法特殊用法讲解和练习；4.段落填空；5.改错。

第二部分为Translation，包括：1.英译汉；2.汉译英。

第三部分为Reading Comprehension，包括：1.篇章层次词汇理解(Banked cloze)；2.阅读理解，包含一篇300词左右的短文和一篇100.200词左右的应用文，题型为多项选择题；3.阅读理解，包含两篇300词左右的短文，题型为简答题。

第四部分为Writing，包括：1.普通文体写作，阐述英语写作特点、手段及方法，要求写一篇短小作文；2.应用文文体写作，讲解相关应用文的基本特点和写作方法，提供sample和提示，要求学生模仿写作。
