《旅游英语》为了适应旅游业发展新形势对专业人才的需求,立足于高职高专院校人才培养定位、人才培养目标以及人才培养模式,采用“工学结合”的模式进行编排,旨在提高学生的专业英语运用能力,培养学生的职业能力及素养。本教材共分为十个项目,每个项目以完成具体的工作学习任务为核心,突出了教材的应用性、实践性和职业性。本教材由陈昕拟定编写大纲。
《旅游英语》从导游接待流程出发,分别讲解了迎接游客、入住酒店、订餐点菜、安排行程、旅游景点观光、导游讲解、陪同游客购物、处理投诉和紧急事务,以及到机场送行等内容。
本教材采用“工学结合”的模式,提炼了每个项目的学习目标,使教学方向更为清晰明确,重点突出;导入了教学建议,方便老师对课程的理解和安排。此外,文中还穿插了大量的案例及补充阅读资料,可提高学生的学习兴趣和学习效果。
